Hire
If a Covid19 lockdown happens or restrictions or illness prevents your event from going ahead, your Bond/Booking fee and or hire balances paid will be held as a future credit with us.
It can be used towards a future booking providing it is under the same hire category and claimed within the 12month validation period. After this period the credit will then be forfeited.
We do not give refunds at little POP ups events due to personal reasons or reasons related Covid19.
We do how ever provide reassurance with our credit option.
If you decide to cancel your event for a personal or an unforeseen reason occurs, Unfortunately the bond/Booking fee in non refundable.
How ever if you have paid a balance to your hire (separate from the bond/Booking fee), this is fully refundable. And will be returned to you at our earliest discretion
Our Soft Play Hire is for 4hours only, and during business hours. If your event is after 5pm, you will need to advise this at booking stage and we may offer after hours service charge.
Setup and pack down are outside of these hours we require 1-2hours to setup and pack down. Time will depend on the amount of equipment that needs to be setup, as well as factoring the access needed, onsite parking, and distance to the setup zone.
If your event on the day seems it will be going beyond the 4hr hire period, our staff reserve the right to pack up onsite at our discretion and agreed booking time slot, unless stated otherwise, you are welcome to get in contact with us on the day and we may be able to extend hire for an additional charge, how ever there is only a slight chance that we can do this, as we well have other events to attend to in a timely manner.
We will endeavor to arrive with plenty of time (usually requesting 1-2hrs prior to your start time), how ever we are not responsible for any delay incurred through unforeseen circumstances eg: traffic problems, onsite or off site parking, server weather delays, venues access details
Prop Hire is after hours and can exceed the 4hr limit, but please note fees may apply, its best to be transparent with your booking and event details as much as possible.
Yes we offer a 20 million Liability insurance cover for our business, this also means we are able supply to public events and as well as private events, a copy of our insurance certificate is included with our Hire terms and Conditions Contract at booking stage, it is located on the last page for your convenience
We do not accept tentative bookings or holds on our hire equipment. Your hire isn’t officially booked until the booking/bond fee has been received in full ($300).
An invoice will be sent out prior to this stage to confirm.
Our Soft Play is of commercial grade, and play center quality.
Meaning it is for indoor use only. The PVC material is not water or sun proof and can become a hot surface on a hot day just like a local park, due to this we prefer 95% indoor options for both our Soft Play and Castles.
How ever this is not limited, if there is absolutely no rain forecasted (Not even 1mil) and no extreme heat above 27 degree day, we may offer special consideration for outdoor use.
The hirer must agree to provide a Back Up plan B option: for a fully enclosed inside setup location at your desired venue, we will not accept an outdoor booking without a plan B option in place. We may also request extra information and request a picture of the desired setup location to meet with our satisfaction. All of the above goes for both the Jumping castles and Soft Play.
Its important to note that the soft play area can only be setup on a hard dry surface such as concrete or decking etc, we do NOT setup on grass, crushed rocks, dirt, or sand.
Our Jumping Castles can go on grass, wind regulations permitting, but the grass is to be dry and not wet.
Or prop hire can go both indoor and outside weather permitting.
Yes we charge a Stair/Elevator charge between $100-$150, this will be advised once we receive relevant information and will appear on your invoice.
Please note we will only deliver ‘Selected soft play’ up 1 flight of stairs.
Some of our soft play pieces are to big and heavy (some weighing easily 50-100KG), due to this and OH&S of our workers, selected items wont be able to be carried up stairs or placed inside lifts, so please be mindful of this, that we may not be able to provide your desired items due to this, but we will advise what we can provide.
To avoid disappointment, if you fail to advise us prior to your event and our team arrive onsite, with unknown and unexpected issues, we reserve the right to deny your hire on the spot and or only provide the items we deem okay out of your booking, full hire cost will be held as items have been delivered and you are held responsible of this buy signing our hire terms and conditions contract.
Please be vigilant of this, to help us help you, it is ideal that you provide measurements for the elevator from the venue, according to the width of the doors opening, including the inside width, length and height. Photos of the Lift and Stairs will also be required for our discretion.
Most lifts are okay, it is mainly very small or older style venues where this may be the case.

Play Rules
This is a big NO! face painting is not allowed under any circumstances, face painting even washable permanently stains our Jumping Castles and Soft Play. Also included is no glitters, poppers, textas, markers, slime etc
NO, this is not possible under any circumstance.
This is our biggest ongoing issue, soft play fall mats are they’re for children’s health and safety and we do not compromise on this. Our Eva Floor Mats are apart of every and each soft play and castle hire.
We have noticed particularly at formal events when ladies do not want to remove there high heels. And they allow there heels to sink into the mats, thus providing unrepairable damage instantly.
Any of our mats found with any high heels holes, including children’s shoes on marking our play equipment means you will loose your bond, automatically.
Buy signing our hire terms and conditions contract you may be liable for further replacement cost if damages exceed the $300 bond amount.
This also includes any damages found to our soft play pieces and jumping castles, which are very costly, and the $300 bond does not come close to replacement cost either.
An insurance claim may have to be made if damages are beyond.
Please be respectful of this, as our equipment is very costly and all imported from overseas, this also ruins other clients who have booked these items either the following day or following weeks and months ahead. We will have our signage up in clear view for guest to read, but not all guest bother unfortunately and it is up to the responsibility of the hirer to reiterate this to your guest upon there arrival, perhaps even announce it in your welcome speech.
We trust our clients to leave the play zone in the same condition it was left in prior to there event.

Our Soft play sets are we’ll designed for crawling babies from just 6months old thru to toddlers and children under 6yrs of age.
We have our big custom jumping castles for the older children in attendance so no body misses out.

This is a big NO, there is to be absolutely no Food or Drink inside the soft play zone and Jumping Castles. If found, especially ‘inside the ball pit’ our team will access on pack up what we deem appropriate cleaning cost, this may mean your bond will be forfeited.
So please respect our no food or drink policy at all times. we have the same rules as an indoor play centre, also for safety reasons the play zone must be supervised by an adult at all times for the duration of hire.
Invoicing
Yes certainly. once your Quote has been summitted, and we have been in touch to finalise any fine details, with your confirmation we will then email thru an invoice, which also has our banking details for deposits.
Our payment option is via bank transfer to our Business Account.
These details are found on our invoice, Pay ID and Osko payments are preferred especially for last minute bookings.
Bond/Booking fee must be paid immediately on same day of invoicing, this is confirmation for your hire and secures your event date.
Balance payments must be received at least 3 Business days prior to your booked event date.
We do not accept Cash options.
We require a $300 bond/booking fee upfront once we are at booking stage. This fee non refundable if you decide to cancel your event. How ever if your event goes ahead as planned this fee is returned to you in good manner and trust that you have adhered to our hire terms and conditions contract, and all our guidelines to hire. Unfortunately If you haven’t and our equipment is damaged in some way, or food and drink is found inside the play zone (esp the ball pit), and castle, then your bond will be forfeited upon our inspection for cleaning and or further replacement cost may occur, we will mention to be very cautious of high heels-shoe damage to out mats. Please respect our hire terms and conditions they are there for you and your guest added safety, and to help any of this inconvenience occurring for us and you. We expect our play equipment to be found in the same condition it was left in prior to your event commencement (this also includes balls to be placed back inside the ball pit) prior to your event.
Please note If your feel as though you cannot trust this to occur then it may be better to not hire our services as we take this very seriously and will not compromise on damages and high cleaning cost.
