If you haven’t meet us already my name is Gloria and my Husbands name is Reggie, and we are the faces, owners and business operators of little POP ups events, you will very likely see both of us at your next event, onsite, working hard, being swift, while having fun, meeting time slots, and doing back to back weekend events.

We are also a husband and wife team, and parents to 3 beautiful children who are our driving force. Little POP ups came about when I was due to return to the office grind, and while organising my daughters 1st birthday I felt extremely disappointed about the very small variety of soft play options available, it was only a 3yr old market at the time, but it looked old, tired, and nothing exciting was available, plus ball pits were near non-existent at that time.

Then my ‘Aha’ moment came. And lil POP ups events was born EST 2016 formerly known as (‘Little Pop Ups Party Hire’.) Eager to be my own boss, a Mumpreneur, and with careful thought it was time to dig deep into my pockets and start what soon became a entire yr of worldwide market research.
Back then there were no soft play businesses on IG, no forum chats, no Alibaba which has literally been a game changer for new soft play businesses, it been so exciting watching this industry grow and change over the years.

Forward to 6yrs this is now mine and my husbands full time labor of love, we put absolutely everything back into our business, we wont compromise on quality, safety or our work ethic and dedication to your event from the moment you enquire.

We have loved every opportunity that has came our way, we have been able to establish trusted relationships and even long lasting friend ships with our clients, and work industry friends. We have worked for big corporate events such VRC ‘Victoria racing carnival’, to offering our equipment for fun raising children charity events, to doing Easter and Christmas community events, and our main sector of first birthdays, kids birthdays, christenings, weddings, or family celebrations.

You know you have made it when you see imitation of your business not just within Australia but world wide, this is the biggest compliment to my sheer hard work and investment into lil POP ups, some of these first ever items brought to the hire market, which were also fully custom designed by myself are our famous Manual Spin Seats, Merry Go Round, Spring Free Mini Tramp, and more. These items were born here at little POP ups events the ‘OG of modern Soft Play’

I’ve learnt along the way its better to be original, then to be known for being the exact same as another. This has been our turning point in business and helped us reach all time highs, we just keep growing and expanding our range. We love being creative and different in our own way.
Our business model is unique, to the hire market and we find this ever rewarding. From our humble garage at home to our warehouse, from our trailer to our truck, from 15 soft play items to 100+ and counting, to offering a wider service of luxury prop hire, balloons and our new and very exciting full line of pastel jumping castles, which are the first of its kind to land on Australian shores, personally I don’t think we can ever forget surviving Melbourne’s devastating Covid-19 lockdowns.

We bring creativity with flair and a sense of difference to other suppliers, and our true reward is seeing how much joy, and wonder we bring to our lil POP ups guest, we have watched our 1st birthday babies grow, to now attending primary school, and this is definitely my favorite part about what we do. Children are a blessing and deserve to have a day where they can be free and wonderous in a safe, fun care free environment.

Safety and Hygiene First

We have many years of expert knowlegde in our kids industry sector. All our soft play and jumping castle equipment is of commercial grade quality and meets the Australian Standards.
With this said we have been able to master our health and safety practices and this is something we do not take lightly especially considering our current world relations with Covid19.

We like to help ease our clients concern and help provide a sense of security and relief knowing that your children will be able to play freely, hygienically and safely amongst our equipment at all times.

For example we know kids love ball pits, and babies mouths love balls just as much, so we have invested into a high Grade Commercial Ball Cleaner that you will find at your big local playcenter. How great is that!

Some benefits of hiring a mobile play center is how dedicated we are to keeping only the highest of quality and hygiene practices. All our equipment is thoroughly wiped down with our Anti Bacterial Hospital Grade cleaner, called Anti Bac San from Jaeger, and with some soapy water, to then air dry out.

Everything is prepared and made clean prior your event, and with extra precaution, we also give it a good wipe down onsite prior to your event start time, so everything is so fresh and so clean. Then we do our own deep thorough clean during the week, this includes using our commercial grade ball pit cleaner machine to cleanse every single ball, nice and deeply with anti bacterial cleaner, cleaning of all our soft play equipment, mats and jumping castles so they are sparkling new and ready for the next event.

All our equipment is made of commercial grade, and is inline with the Australian Standards, we are a fully registered and insured business so you can hire in confidence.
